I got a successful jailbreak on first try as soon as I upgraded to 14.3 but found out soon after that it's the same story with 14.3 - you have to keep trying until it's successful and it might need more than a dozen tries. Also, on this hardware (iPad Mini/A8), the jailbreak works as well on 14.3 as it does on 14.2. Please try rebooting a couple of times to see if you're getting consistent success - I highly doubt it. I may take anywhere from 1 to 15-20 tries for the exploit to work and considering the manual DFU process, it's too impractical to be useful.
